CERTIFICATE COPY FEE FOR STUDENTS WHO GRADUATED FROM ON 1.8.2022

The official degree certificate is electronic for students who graduated from on 1.8.2022. Student downloads the electronic degree certificate themself from the Peppi-system after graduation. If the student doesn’t download the electronic degree certificate before deadline, the electronic degree certificate can be sent to the student as encrypted e-mail afterwards. A fee of 50 euros will be charged for that.

CERTIFICATE COPY FEE FOR STUDENTS WHO GRADUATED 31.7.2022 AND BEFORE THAT

For students who graduated 31.7.2022 or earlier the degree certificate copy will be sent as paper copy. It is sent to students by post. A fee of 50 euros will be charged for that.Students who graduated 31.7.2022 or earlier can not receive an electronic degree certificate.

NOTE! You can download your study information free of charge from My StudyInfo ("My completed studies", only available in Finnish/Swedish) on Opintopolku-service: https://opintopolku.fi/oma-opintopolku/.

1. Order electronic transcript of records without the degree certificate and Diploma Supplement. Receive via encrypted e-mail. Fee: 20€
2. Order official degree certificate in paper for international use. Only for students who have graduated from on 1.8.2022. NOTE! You’ll have to deliver an argument which proves, that you have a need for this. Receive as a letter. Fee: 50€. (NOTE! You can also apply for an Apostille-certificate to your degree certificate for free. Please contact Faculty Study Services.)
3. Student who graduated 1.8.2022 or after. Order a copy of the electronic degree certificate which includes transcript of records and Diploma Supplement. Receive via encrypted e-mail. Fee: 50€
4. Student who graduated 31.7.2022 or before. Order a paper copy of the degree certificate which includes the attachments that came with it. The attachments may include, for example, a transcript of records and a Diploma Supplement. Receive it by post: fee (50€)

If you decide to order a copy with a fee, please agree this with Faculty Study Services Team and you will receive a code for paying the fee in EduStore. After we have received your payment, we will send your copy with a registred mail. If asked by the student, the copy can also be mailed for example to another higher education institution.
